Let the gluten free intimidation subside! It is easy to make delicious gluten free desserts when you start with a good base. IG Bakery's Gluten Free Muffin Mixes are versatile and easy to use and the following recipe is proof. Stay tuned for more yummy bakes!
1 pkg IG Bakery Chocolate Muffin Mix
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup strong coffee
Mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
Pour the mix into a greased 8x8 square pan (or 8" round).
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Loosen the brownies from the edges with a butter knife and turn out on to a plate.
Cool, cut and enjoy. Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream to kick it up a notch.
